Referral Campaign Ts&Cs
1. Promoter
This referral campaign (“Campaign”) is organised and promoted by Everyday Wealth Proprietary Limited (“Everyday). Everyday Wealth is a juristic representative of Discovery Life Limited, an authorised financial services provider, FSP 18147.Â
2. Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to all existing Everyday clients (“Referrers”) who are 18 years or older and reside in South Africa. Referrals from non-clients may be accepted at Everyday’s discretion.
- Referred individuals (“Referees”) must be new to Everyday and not currently receiving financial advisory or planning services from Everyday.
- Employees, contractors, and direct family members of Everyday staff are not eligible to participate or receive rewards.
3. Campaign Period
- The Campaign runs from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier by Everyday at its discretion.
4. How to Participate
- Referrers may introduce friends, family members, or colleagues by:
- Completing a referral form provided by Everyday
- Introducing the Referee via WhatsApp, email, or other approved method
- Completing a referral form provided by Everyday
- The Referee must complete and attend a no-obligation consultation with an Everyday advisor for the referral to be considered successful.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
5. Rewards
- Referrers will receive:
- One (1) entry into the prize draw to win an Apple Watch Series 10 or Garmin Venu® 3 for each successful referral.
- A guaranteed R250 Takeaot voucher for each successful referral.
- One (1) entry into the prize draw to win an Apple Watch Series 10 or Garmin Venu® 3 for each successful referral.
- Referees will receive:
- One (1) free Vitality or financial health check consultation.
- One (1) free Vitality or financial health check consultation.
- “Successful referral” is defined as a referral where:
- The Referee is eligible,
- Books and attends a consultation within the Campaign period, and
- Completes the necessary onboarding and consent processes.

6. Prize Draw Details
- The prize draw will take place within 30 days of the Campaign ending.
- Winners will be randomly selected and contacted via email or phone and announced on Everyday platforms (with permission).
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
7. General Conditions
- Referrals must be genuine personal contacts. Mass distribution, automated entries, or referrals obtained through unethical means are not permitted.
- Everyday reserves the right to verify the identity of all participants and reject any referral that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or made in bad faith.
- Rewards will be processed within 30 days of a successful referral being confirmed.
- No incentives may be offered for product purchases. This Campaign rewards introductions and consultations only.
- All participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Everyday reserves the right to verify the identity of Referrers and Referees and to reject any referral and/or disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent or dishonest behaviour at its discretion.
8. Privacy
- Any personal information shared as part of this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Everyday’s Privacy Policy.
- Referrers must have the Referee’s consent before sharing their details with Everyday.
9. Right to Amend or Cancel
- Everyday reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice for legal, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Everyday shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, reward delivery delays, or unauthorised referrals.
